Your Journey to Healing Starts Here

I provide professional, confidential support to individuals, couples, families, and groups who are experiencing emotional, psychological, and/or life-related difficulties. My services are aimed at helping people improve their mental health, develop coping strategies, and enhance their overall well-being.

COUPLES THERAPY

Relationships can be one of the most fulfilling - and most challenging - parts of life. Couples therapy provides a supportive and non-judgmental space to explore the dynamics of your relationship, improve communication, and reconnect with one another. Whether you're navigating conflict, feeling disconnected, or simply want to strengthen your bond, therapy can help. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique relationship. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, address underlying issues, and build tools for healthier connection, deeper intimacy, and lasting understanding. Couples therapy is for all types of partnerships—whether you're dating, married, living together, or navigating separation. It’s never too early or too late to invest in your relationship.

INDIVIDUAL  THERAPY

Individual counselling offers a supportive and confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Whether you're facing anxiety, stress, low mood, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward positive change. Together, we’ll work at your pace to better understand yourself and develop tools to navigate life with more confidence and ease.

FAMILY THERAPY

Family therapy creates a space where family members can come together to better understand one another, improve communication, and strengthen relationships. Whether you're facing conflict, navigating change, estrangement or dealing with stress that’s affecting the whole family, therapy can help. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build empathy, and find healthier ways to connect and support each other as a unit.

Family Law Services

I work with families during some of their most complex, challenging and emotionally charged periods, often in the context of separation, high-conflict, and court involvement.
My practice focuses on supporting children and families where relationships have been strained, disrupted, or broken down, and where careful, thoughtful intervention is required.

Some of the reportable services provided include: â€‹
  • Reunification therapy
  • Family therapy
  • Therapeutic supervised contact
  • Preparation of family court reports.

At its core, my work is child-focused, developmentally informed, and grounded in clinical and family systems practice, with close attention to safety, power dynamics, and the broader legal context families are navigating. Where court or legal processes are involved, my role remains therapeutic and independent, with clearly defined boundaries between treatment, assessment, and reporting.

For further information about availability and specific pricing regarding these services, please get in touch with me either by phone, email or submitting a enquiry.

Circle of Security Parenting Program (COSP™)

Even the most caring and committed parents can feel uncertain or overwhelmed by their child’s emotions, behaviour, or strong reactions. Circle of Security Parenting™ (COSP™) is an evidence-based parenting program designed to help you better understand what your child is communicating through their behaviour, and how to respond with greater confidence, calm, and connection.

Grounded in decades of attachment research, COSP™ offers a simple but powerful visual map of your child’s emotional world. Through guided video examples and reflective discussion, the program helps parents strengthen their ability to recognise and respond to their child’s attachment needs in everyday life.

Who the Circle of Security model supports

COSP™ is designed for parents and caregivers of children:

  • From infancy through to 12 years of age

  • Who are experiencing emotional, behavioural, or relational concerns

  • Where there are challenges in the parent–child relationship or connection

  • Who simply want to deepen their understanding of their child and strengthen their relationship

What the program aims to support

The Circle of Security model helps parents to:

  • Understand their child’s attachment needs with greater clarity

  • Recognise patterns in their child’s behaviour and emotional communication

  • Respond in ways that build safety, trust, and connection

  • Feel more confident and grounded in their parenting role

How the program works

While originally designed as a group program, Noetic Therapeutic Services offer COSP™ primarily in an individualised format, with small group options available on occasions.

This individual-focused delivery allows for:

  • More personalised therapeutic attention

  • Tailoring of examples and reflections to your specific family situation

  • A slower, more reflective pace suited to complex family dynamics

  • Deeper exploration of attachment patterns as they relate to your child and your parenting experience

Program Structure:
Delivered as 4 × 90-minute sessions across a 4-week period, allowing for a focused and reflective therapeutic experience

Longer or more flexible program options are also available, depending on your needs and circumstances

Available for court-ordered engagement and can fulfil mandatory participation requirements.

A gentle first step where we get to know each other, talk through what’s been on your mind, and see how counselling can support your wellbeing.

Why Noetic?

The word noetic comes from the Greek noÄ“sis, meaning inner wisdom or direct knowing. It speaks to a deep, intuitive understanding that goes beyond logic—an internal clarity that emerges through experience and reflection.

While it often aligns with psychological insight, a noetic approach also recognises the importance of integrating thought, emotion, body, and sometimes spiritual or existential awareness. In therapy, this can represent a shift or turning point, not just in how someone thinks, but in how they experience themselves and their lives.

At Noetic Therapeutic Services, the name reflects our belief that meaningful change happens not just through insight, but through reconnecting with deeper, self-connection.
